Do-Something-Different Challenge - February 2007
I suppose the biggest thing I did was go to Santa Fe, the state capital city of New Mexico, for the very first time. And of course, I took a bunch of pictures. I'm having a hard time picking a favorite, but I think it's either this one
or this one.
Anyway, we had a great time.
I also attended a poetry slam. But it turned into a normal poetry reading because I was just about the only non-performing audience member, so there weren't enough judges to be official. It was nice hearing Pax read his work for an audience, though.
And I began learning how to use my spiffy new statistical calculator. On the one hand, I must be a nerd, because I think this is interesting. But OTOH, it took me till now (age 36) to purchase a statistical calculator, so how much of a nerd could I be??
